• Act as a liaison between recruiting department and hiring candidate to ensure completion of on-boarding process
• Data entry
• Submit new hire paperwork and I9 form to hiring candidates  
• Submit background checks and/or drug test requirements
• Submit New Hire Reports to recruiting department
• Work within software programs such as Microsoft Office & ICMS HRIS system
• Other various administrative duties deemed necessary by HR Supervisor

• Strong data entry skills
• Excellent organizational, multitasking, and prioritization skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Able to meet time-sensitive deadlines
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Strong knowledge of MS Office software – specifically Excel
