Automotive Territory Sales Manager (SiriusXM)

Automotive Independent Dealer Sales Program Territory Manager. Responsibilities include prospecting leads and generating enrolled dealers, in all areas within assigned automotive dealership/shop territory.

Description:

• This position is partially a remote sales position, that will require about ½ of the days remotely calling dealer leads and ½ the days on the road in your market, visiting dealers within a few hours of your location.
• Expectations include, personal sales production goals being met monthly, along with overall quarterly, and annual goals.
• Additionally, could have occasional travel within an assigned territory with approved overnight stay for blitzes that may be further than 3 hours from your home and require longer drive times.
• Daily Tasks include in-person visits across the state &/or phone contacts to enroll automotive targeted leads into specific dealership programs across specified territories.
• Act as a liaison between the products and services offered by SiriusXM and assigned list of automotive dealerships.
• Following up with enrolled dealers from the past, to ensure that they go ACTIVE in our program and have filled out all of the necessary steps.
• Intermediate to advanced knowledge of MS Office Word, Excel, and PowerPoint programs.

Qualifications:

• Inside and outside Sales experience is preferred.
• Proven track record for diligence in a remote position 
• Bachelors’ degree preferred
• Familiarity with the geography of the market to be covered
• Automotive or field marketing experience; with proven track record of sales success
• Team player, Projects self-confident, professional image
• Self-Accountability to Achieve and Exceed Sales Quotas
• Excellent written and interpersonal skills
• Positive attitude with determination to succeed
• Experience in the areas of product presence, training, sales incentives, and category management.
• Ability and willingness to travel, this position can be up to 60% travel within an assigned territory.
• Territories and travel distance will vary.
• English and Spanish speaking is a PLUS

Pay:

• $48,000 to $52,000 USD a year
